What the show’s about:
Imagine – you’re the queen in a fairy tale, and some little man whose name you can’t seem to guess is demanding your first-born child. What do you do? Why, pass off the kid and free yourself from the shackles of unplanned motherhood, of course! In this comic send-up of the Rumplestiltskin story, the politics of feminism and reproductive rights are vigorously debated as the queen and the little man go rounds over motherhood, the tyranny of biological clocks, and who gets dibs on the little dumpling.
